Support to Help Choose the Right INSURANCE Cover
Once we understand your situation and what you want to protect, we’ll walk you through the different types of cover available and how each one could support you. Our role is to make the options clear, explain how the policies work in real life, and help you choose the protection that feels right for your circumstances.
Here’s how we can support you:
Life Insurance
Pays a lump sum if you were pay to pass away during the term of the policy. Can be used to repay your mortgage, pay off any debts or leave as a legacy to loved ones.
Critical Illness
Insurance which provides a financial payout if you’re diagnosed with a specified serious illness, such as cancer, heart attack or stroke. Depending on the policy chosen, this may be paid as a lump sum or as a regular monthly benefit (for example, under lifestyle-style cover). The funds can be used to adapt your home, cover healthcare costs, take time out to recover, or repay part or all of your mortgage.
Income Protection
Protect your income should you be unable to work due to accident or illness. Aimed to provide a notional ‘salary’ paid tax free to enable you to continue paying your mortgage, bills and lifestyle. These policies pay until they expire, you return to work or pass away, whichever comes first.
Home Insurance
Did you know Buildings Insurance is required from when you exchange contracts (when purchasing a property)? We can also help obtain quotes if your current policy is ending for both buildings and contents insurance.

How we work

Initial Catch Up
This is where we can grab a coffee (or your drink of choice), jump on a call and chat through the numbers. We will normally chat for 30-45 minutes and in this time discuss your plans, needs and generally get to know you! We will then walk through income and expenditure and give you an opportunity to ask any questions.

Setting You Up
This is where you will be provided access to your own personalised vault (our portal), this is where you can share any further information required and upload any requested documentation. We will also save your documents here so that everything is all in one place.

Providing the Options
This will depend on your plans and your timescales. We will provide a decision in principle, if necessary at that point, if not it could be providing you with your figures/affordability to allow you to make a plan. If you are purchasing a property, it will depend on how long it takes to find the dream home. Remortgages, you are likely to be working towards your current rates end date. Or we could be discussing the insurance options available to you. All different situations and this is where we walk you through thoroughly and relevantly to your plans!

When the Time is Right
Once you are happy with our advice, we can proceed to making an application to the relevant lender or provider. We will then advise you of the appropriate timeframes and what you can expect next.

Start to Finish
We will then keep you updated with progress from start to finish, we happily field queries and assist your Accountants, Solicitors, Estate Agents and any other professionals you are working with. As part of our service we will also ensure that we have discussed adequate qprotection.
